Question: How will you determine whether a tour link is being loaded to a Showcase or Non-Showcase listing on REALTOR.com®?
Solution:

Once you enter an MLS ID (Listing Number) and Address in the Realtor.com Posting form, and click check button, our system will submit the order information to PicturePath™ and they will access the listing on REALTOR.com® and will determine whether or not it is a Showcase listing, and then send the result back to us.

If the listing is a Showcase listing, you will not be charged for the tour link distribution on REALTOR.com®. You can press "Submit" to complete the order submission.

If the listing is not a Showcase listing, a Non-Showcase product code will be assigned to the order number within the PicturePath system, and WE will check whether you have got Realtor.com Posting licenses:

  • If you've got license(s) you can proceed to press submit to complete the order and one license will be deducted from your account;
  • If you have no license, you need to order one or more licenses in our online store and then go back to the order form and submit.
