When creating virtual tours online in user panel, there are four image types to choose in step 2. They are:

Panorama by Instant Pano: 360 degree panoramas stitched with Instant Pano. Instant Pano can stitch normal digital photos to a 360 degree panoramic image, and it is totally free. The panoramic image created by instant Pano is in *.jpe format and can only be used in Tour Hosting user panel to create a virtual tour online. Download Instant Pano

Spherical Panorama: 360 degree panorama which covers 360 degree in horizontal and 180 degree in vertical aspect. There are many applications for creating such panoramic images, like Panoweaver.

Cylindrical Panorama: 360 degree panoramas that covers 360 degree in horizontal and less than 180 degree in vertical aspect. Panoweaver Standard Edition can create cylindrical panoramic images.

Flat Image: This type of image is normal digital image.
