Yes. When creating virtual tours online in user panel, only full 360 degree panoramas are supported. Make sure your panoramic image reaches 360 degree in horizontal aspect before uploading it in step 2 of creating online virtual tour. Also pay attention to the image types, select the right type and then upload.
