If we do not receive your renewal payment by the billing due date and/or if credit card charges are denied, your account will be placed in suspension.

30 days from the expiration date of your subscription is called "Grace Period", during which you will not be able to publish tours, but your existing tours will still be active. If we do not receive your renewal payment before the end of grace period, your existing tours will be deactivated, and you need to make a new subscription in online store.
